MY STORY

As a multidisciplinary ‘chameleon’ of an artist, Hannah Wilkinson is significantly versatile with mediums. Her creative capacity knows no bounds. While she varies in style, Wilkinson holds a particular interest in realism - capturing highly expressive figures, often in moments of passion or action.

A former professional footballer, Melbourne based kiwi artist Hannah Wilkinson started life with a paintbrush before a football.
Art has always been an integral part, even throughout her professional athletic career. Now retired from sport, murals by Wilkinson have featured in both New Zealand and Australia, ranging from business offices to New Zealand’s national stadium – Eden Park. Given her ability to capture athletes in motion and in their peak expressive state, prominent sporting entities have featured in her digital work across their media platforms.

Canvas works by Wilkinson have also been widely requested, most notably a large finely detailed acrylic work capturing NZ Olympians and their journey to Paris 2024. Her range of mediums demonstrate Wilkinson’s artistic versatility. She aims to showcase her work in the renowned cultural art scene of Melbourne.
